Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned item's shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
To be eligible for a return/refund:
1. You received your item damaged.
2. Your item is faulty.
3. You received the wrong item.

Shipping &Processing Times

Regular Period: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after plcement
Weekends are excluded from business days. Peak Seasons: Processing times rmay be extended to up to 5 business days due to high order volumes.
Delivery Times
Continental U.S.: Standard shipping takes 7-20 business days; speecific delivery time varies by state. Orders Containing Items from International Warehouses: Thentire order will be shipped internationally, with an estimated delivery time of 10-25 siness days
Remote Areas: Deliveries may take 10-25 business days due to location cornstraints
